our hand-picked Private Farms to provide high
end Wagyu for the satisfaction of our esteemed
customer.
Our pristine grazing farms in Australia offer the
highest quality pastures for our premium cattle to
graze in a free range environment to produce the
best quality beef. Hand Selected farms in central
Victoria & New South Wales. Quality surroundings
for our cattle are a critical part to the end result in
your dining experience and a happy, healthy
animal will always be more tender and have
superior flavour.

Facilities
We slaughter, Bone & Box our beef in
the highest quality production facilities
in Australia. All cattle are graded under
the strictest and most consistent
grading program in the world. AUS-
MEAT accredited experts give each
animal a marble score from the eye
muscle in between the 4-5 ribs of the
cube-roll loin cut.
